All purchases made for the East Coast Hot Rod Nationals are subject to the following refund policy.
Tickets

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable, including General Admission, multi-day passes, and special access tickets.

Tickets are valid only for the date(s) selected at purchase.

No refunds will be issued for missed days, late arrival, or early departure.
Weather & Event Changes
The Event is held rain or shine.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, schedule adjustments, or changes to attractions, performers, or activities.
Vendor Registrations

Vendor registration fees are non-refundable.

Vendors who fail to attend or cancel their participation are not eligible for refunds.

Vendor spaces may be reassigned at the discretion of the Event.
Sponsorships

Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

Sponsorship benefits may vary depending on timing and availability.
Vehicle Registrations

Vehicle entry fees are non-refundable.

Vehicle approval is not guaranteed.

If a vehicle is denied entry for safety or compliance reasons, no refund will be issued.
Event Cancellation
If the Event is canceled entirely due to circumstances beyond our control, refund or credit decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the Event organizers.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing or registering, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for non-refundable purchases. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of access or future participation.
