By purchasing a ticket, registering a vehicle, signing up as a vendor or sponsor, or otherwise accessing or participating in the East Coast Hot Rod Nationals (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Event Admission & Participation
All attendees, participants, vendors, sponsors, and vehicle owners must comply with all event rules, posted signage, and instructions provided by event staff.
The Event reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for unsafe behavior, violation of rules, or conduct deemed inappropriate, without refund.
Tickets & Registration

All ticket sales and registrations are final unless otherwise stated.

Tickets are valid only for the date(s) specified at purchase.

Digital tickets or confirmations must be presented at entry.

Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets may be denied entry.
Vendors & Sponsors

Vendor and sponsor registrations may be subject to approval.

Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws, permits, and regulations.

Booth placement, setup times, and space details will be communicated prior to the Event.

The Event is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor or sponsor property.
Vehicle Entries

Vehicle registrations are for display and participation purposes only.

All vehicles must meet event guidelines and safety requirements.

The Event reserves the right to deny or remove any vehicle that is deemed unsafe or non-compliant.

Vehicle owners are responsible for their vehicles at all times.
Burnouts & Stunt Bike Performances
Burnouts, stunt bike performances, and other high-energy activities are part of the Event experience and are conducted in designated areas.
Participation in these activities is voluntary and may be restricted to approved participants only. Spectators acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks.
The Event is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in or observation of these activities.
Assumption of Risk
Attendees and participants acknowledge that attendance at a live automotive event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loud noise, moving vehicles, and performance activities.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Event.
Weather & Event Changes
The Event takes place rain or shine, unless otherwise stated.
The Event reserves the right to modify schedules, attractions, or activities, or to cancel the Event due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control.
Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Tickets, registrations, vendor fees, and sponsorships are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for missed days, partial attendance, or schedule changes.
Photography & Media
By attending the Event, you grant permission for the Event and its partners to photograph, record, and use your likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, East Coast Hot Rod Nationals, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft incurred in connection with the Event.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in or conduct at the Event.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Event is held.
